Summary
Following the COVID19 pandemic, restaurants and other food service industries have experienced staff shortages, which in turn increases wait times and negatively affects customer service. A low cost, versatile, autonomous robot to deliver drinks and minimize tasks for the servers have never been higher. This robot can be called upon with a press of a button, to ease the waiters stress and increase hospitality.
