Rimini Street is a third party provider of software support and solutions for companies. They aid companies in fixing bugs, answering technical questions, and handling legal issues. In over 10+ years of service, Rimini has solved millions of support tickets, adding to their ever-growing database. Currently, sifting through these tickets is an arduous process, and there are no tools to efficiently analyze past tickets. The project aims to draw meaning from these support tickets by grouping them via topic modeling, then displaying information and solutions about tickets on an interactive dashboard.
